Patient-Reported Outcomes and Symptom Management Program Strategic Framework 2016 - 2019. The Framework aligns with the overarching vision of OCP-IV, and highlights the program’s focus areas, initiatives, and evaluation for the next three years. It will guide the future work of the program, as well as outline specific deliverables of the provincial program (2016-2019). The five key focus areas that are outlined are integral to implementing patient reported outcomes (PROs) and corresponding symptom management efforts for person-centred care across Ontario.
